CHEESE and Sausauge on Coctail rye 1. Clarify one large onion in butter 2. Brown 2 large packages of Bob Evanse Sausage (the kind in the plastic tubes) 3 Melt in one large package of velveeta cheese. 4. On cookie sheet or aluminum pan, place pieces of cocktail rye and spread the mixture on the individual pieces. 5. Serve immediately, or freeze. To reheat, a preheated 400 degree oven for ten minutes. They are really good. Its even better if you use i/2 hot and 1/2 regular sausage.
