Do Ahead Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

7-8 Potatoes
2 tbsp Butter
1/4 - 1/2 cup milk or sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 savory
2 green onion chopped fine
1/4 - 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp paprika

Bake potatoes until done.  Let stand 10 minutes.  Cut in half and
scoop out potatoe, leaving skin intact.

Mash the potatoes with butter, cream, salt, pepper, savory, and
green onions.  When mixture is light and fluffy spoon back into
shells.  Top each with 1 tbsp of cheese and generously sprinkle
with paprika.

Bake again at 350F for 10 minutes until cheese melts.  This last
step can be done in microwave.
