2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
dash cinnimon   (or nutmeg)
Mix well with fork

dip bread pieces in and coat both sides to your liking.
place onto hot griddle (or into hot frying pan) and cook til light brown
  turning once to cook both sides

Serve with whatever topping you like (or none--my personal preference).
