Starter:  1 cup Flour
          1 cup Sugar
          1 cup Milk
     Combine and stir

Day 1.....Stir
Day 2.....Stir
Day 3.....Stir
Day 4.....Stir
Day 5.....Put Starter in mixing bowl
          Add 1 cup each: flour, sugar, milk
          Mix and store in 2 quart container with lid
Day 6.....Stir
Day 7.....Stir
Day 8.....Stir
Day 9.....Stir
Day 10....Repeat Day 5.
          Keep 1 cup of starter
          Give away three 1 cup starters

To Prepare Cake:
            1 cup Starter        2 tsp vanilla
          3/4 cup oil        1-1/2 tsp cinamon
            3 eggs beaten      1/2 tsp salt
            2 cup flour        1/2 tsp baking soda
            1 cup sugar          2 tsp baking powder

  1. Mix well, and add any combination of the following:
            1 cup chopped apples    1/2 cup coconut
            1 cup raisins           1/2 cup chopped nuts
            2 cup pumpkin           1/2 chopped dates
            2 cup blueberries

  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 min, (or until done)
