   Here is a recipe that my Mom used to make for my sister and me when we were

kids, and it was always real popular with the other kids in the neighborhood

too, so I thought that I would post it for you and your kids to enjoy!  (Kids

even enjoy helping cause they can get their hands greasy and "dirty")


     1 cup White Kero syrup
     1/2 cup sugar
     1 3oz box jello
     9 cups POPPED popcorn

   Bring sugar and syrup to a boil, remove from heat and add jello, stir until

jello is dissolved.  Pour over popped-corn, and stir with a wooden spoon.

Allow to cool slightly, then form into handful size balls.  (It might be a good

idea to grease your hands with butter before making the balls, as mixture will

stick to your hands!!!  The jello can be any color that you want to popcorn

balls to be!
