                             Potatoes

2 lbs potatoes
1 package onion soup mix
1/3 cup oil (olive or vegtable) ** I usually mix oil with melted butter to
                                   give them a buttery favor.
Garlic chips to taste (if desired)

Put everything in a bag and mix up so the potatoes are well coated.  Then bake 

them in the oven at 350 until tender.  About 45 minutes.

Oh, I forgot, You need to cut up the potatoes.  But you do not need to peel 

them.  The cooking time will depend on how thin you slice the potatos.
