                       Cottage Cheese Perogies:

     Use dough receipe from previous post. (The Recipe she is refering to is
     the file I named PEROGIES.TXT)

     Filling:
     1 8-ounce package dry cottage cheese
     6 large potatoes
     1 onion diced

Preparation:
     Boil and cool potatoes.  Add salt & pepper to taste.  Mash and then
     add the cottage cheese.  Stir in cottage cheese instead of mashing.

     Prepare as in previous post.
