                           Chili Dog Pie

2 1/2 cups Recip-Ease or any baking mix
3 tablsp. prepared yellow mustard
6 tablsp. water
1 pkg. (16oz.) hot dogs
2 cans (15oz. each) chili-with or without beans
or 4 cups homemade chili
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 425deg.  grease a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
Combine baking mix, mustard and water in small mixing bowl.
Stir until dough forms.  With fingertips dipped in baking mix,
press dough into bottom and up sides of prepared dish;set aside.
Quarter hot dogs by cutting in half lenghtwise and again cross-
wise.  Place hot dogs on dough.  Spoon chili over hot dogs.
Sprinkle with cheese.  Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
For a different flavor substitute smoked sausage for the hot dogs.
