                      Ember Baked Bananas

     Okay y'all. Here's a nice little desert that's GREAT,
     and EASY and CHEAP to make.

     Ingredients-
                  Bananas. (As many as you are serving.)

                  Lemon Juice- 1/4 tsp. for every banana.

                  Topping- Vanilla or banana ice cream.
                           Banana liquer.

      To make-

          Simply lay the bananas down, into their crescent shapes.
          Cut out an opening in the top of the banana, so that the
          peel is now like a bowl.
          Place the cut out flap BACK onto the banana, where you got it
          from.
          Wrap each banana in aluminum foil.

          Place bananas into preheated oven, directly on rack, at 350 degrees.
          Bake for 15 minutes.
          Remove bananas, and unwrap.
          Remove cut out flap of peel.

          Top with Ice cream, then Liquer.
          (Liquer optional.)
