 In Re: Fast Fudge---

  The measurements are 3 cups (3 --6 oz packages chocolate chips, 1 can 

condensed milk, 1 & 1/2 tsp vanilla, & nuts are optional.

 Melt chips in double boiler, remove from heat, add condensed milk, dash of 

salt, vanilla & optional stuff you want to put in. Stir till smooth, then pour 

into a pan lined with waxed paper or lighly sprayed with Pam. Spread out the 

mixture. Refridgerate 2 hours, then slice with sharp knife into serving 

pieces. Keep uneatenn portions in the fridge. makes about 1 & 3/4 lb.
