Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat; reduce heat to low  and cook for about 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in horseradish; heat  through. Pour into jars, let cool. Seal with tight-fitting lid and store in  refrifgerator. Enjoy! Great anywhere you would use ordinary mustard, or spread on roast or pork  chops before cooking. Mmmmm.
