                              Mocha Cake

note....either make your own or buy an angel food cake...i find it easier to

buy one as they ae a pain to make.

slice cake in several layers then frost with the following...

whip in mixer...
1 cup whipping cream  may be purchased in 8 oz cartins.

then fold in
1 7oz jar of marshmellow cream

then add in ( after combining)
1 ts instant coffee
1 TBS hot water

forst cake with this, then if you like sprinkle either choc chips or grated

choc on top.

this is a verry good cake.

oh yeah.....chill frosted cake until frosting is slightly  firm.
