                       No Bake Chocolate Cookies


Ingredients:
        2 cups Sugar
        2 Tablespoons Baking Cocoa
        1/2 cup Milk
        2 cups Oatmeal
        1 cup Coconut
        1 teaspoon Vanilla
        1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
        Mix sugar, cocoa, milk in a sauce pan.  Boil for 3 minutes.
        Remove from heat.  Stir in oatmeal, coconut, vanilla and nuts.
        Drop by teaspoon on wax paper.  Let cool.  Can also add 1/2 cup
        peanut butter to the recipe.
