I got these on the section for Children in Women's Circle's, Home Cooking Cook  book... if they're for children, they must be easy! NO BAKE CHOCOLATE COOKIES 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/2 cup milk 5 tbsp cocoa 3 cups quick-cooking oatmeal 1 cup walnuts 1/2 tsp vanilla Mix sugar butter and milk together and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat  and add the cocoa, oats and nuts. Add vanilla and stir so that it can be  dropped from a spoon onto waxed paper. NO-BAKE MARSHMALLOW COOKIES 1 (12-ounce) pkg chocolate morsels 2 tbsp butter 3 eggs 2 cups confectioners' sugar 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 (10 1/2 ounce) bag of miniature marshamallows coconut flakes Melt chocolate morsels with butter in heavy pan over low heat or in a double  boiler. Cool. Beat eggs; add sugar,walnuts and marshmallows. Mix all  together in a large bowl. Shape into balls; roll in coconut and refrigerate.  Will keep about 1 month. Butterscotch morsels may be substituted for  chocolate. NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE BARS 1 cup chopped walnuts 4 cups Graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup sifted confectioners' sugar 1 (12 ounce) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup evaporated milk 1 tsp vanilla Combine nuts, sugar and crumbs in a large bowl. Melt chocolate and evaporated  milk over low heat stirring constantly. Blend well. Add vanilla and then set  aside 1/2 cup of the chocolate mixture. Stir in crumb mixture and and spread  in a well-buttered, 9-inch square pan. Spread the rest of the chocolate  mixture on top. Chill and cut into bars. NO-BAKE PEANUT SQUARES 1 cup light corn syrup 1 cup white sugar 1 cup peanut butter 4 cups cornflakes 4 cups cheerios' 1 cup peanuts Melt together the first 3 ingredients in a 2-quart pan, until smooth. Stir  constantly but do not boil. Remove from heat. Measure the last 3 ingredients  into a large bowl. Pour over peanut butter mixture. Stir, coating cereal  and nuts. Spread in buttered large pan. Cut into squares and press down.
