                          Super Bowl Dip

Talking about superbowl dips, I made this family favourite for a party last 

night where no one had tasted it.  They were licking the bowl clean!  Mix a 

package of cream cheese with a small container of sour cream (easiest in a 

food processor).  Add a package of Taco Seasoning, any brand, and refrigerate 

several hours or over night.  Serve in a pie plate covered with concentric 

rings of chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes and grated cheese.  Serve with 

Tortilla chips.  You could probably add some good salsa, or more spices if you 

wish, but this is always a crowd pleaser.
