touchdown brownies
1 package brownie mix (23oz.)
3/4 cup (6oz.) Pet evaporated milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
10 caramels cut into quarters
1/2 cup pecan pieces.

Preheat oven to 350 deg.  grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.  In a large bowl
combine brownie mix.Pet milk,vegetable oil and eggs.  beat well.  Stir
in butterscotch chips, caramel quarters,and pecan pieces.  Pour into pan
and bake for 30-35 min.  cool completely then frost.  makes 18 brownies.

chocolate frosting:
__________________ mix. 1/2 cup softened butter, 1/2 cup Pet milk, 2 tsp.
                   vanilla, 4 cups powdered sugar(one lb.) and 1/2 cup
                   unsweetened cocoa powder.  Combine until smooth.

White Frosting:    combine 3/4 cup of powdered sugar and 1 tbs. water and
                   mix well.  Pour mixture into a plastic bag and snip off
                   bottom corner.  Force icing through opening to decorate
                   like a football field.

I make these for eating during the Super Bowl.
