                          Corn Bread Salad

1 pkg Mexican corn bread mix
1 lb cooked crisp bacon
2 chopped bell peppers
1 large chopped onion
4 med chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped sweet pickles
1/2 cup pickle juice
1/2 to 1 cup salad dressing, your favorite.

Prepare corn bread according to package directions.
Arrange chunks of cooked corn bread in a large 2 quart casserole.
Top with a layer of crumbled bacon.
Add in layers; bell pepper, onion, tomato, pickles, pickle juice and salad

dressing.  Don't stir.
Cover and refrigerate overnite.  Serves 8 to 10
