that I think is outstanding. A friend of mine made this for dinner for us one

night and it's the best I have ever had!

"LITTLE PAMMY'S CREAMY CORN"

 8 ears white corn                Many Bacons(8-10 slices)

 1 Large Onion,chopped            1 cup sour cream

 Salt, Pepper, Garlic-to taste

Chop the bacon into small pieces and saute until brown and crisp. Add onion and

saute a few minutes longer.  Cut the corn off the cob and add to the pan,

scrape the cobs with a paring knife to get all the "milk" out and add this to

the rest.  Season to taste and add the sour cream. Cover and simmer over low

heat until done.


It may take a little work but I can guarantee that you will love this dish.

It's almost as if you just can't get enough of it!
