1/4 chopped green pepper
2 tsp chopped pimento
2 tbls margarine
1 can cream style corn
1 3 oz can French Fried onion rings
1 egg slightly beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbl milk

Saute pepper in oleo until soft, add pimento.
When heated blend in corn, milk, egg and seasoning.
Crush 2/3 of onion rings and add to corn mixture.
Pour into 1 1/2 qt casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min. or until firm.
Sprinkle with remaining onion rings and return to oven for about 5 more

minutes.
Serves 4
