                            Guacamole

Try this one:

5 small or 2-3 large avocados
1 medium tomato
1/4 cup onion minced
salt
lemon juice

Peel and pit avocados.  Mash with fork.  Peel and seed tomato.
Dice tomato fine.  Blend avocado, tomato and minced onion.  Salt
to taste.  Sprinkle lemon juice over top and refrigerate 2 or
more hours.  Before serving stir well.

I know that many prefer cilantro and some spices, but I really
like the simple flavor of the avocado.
