How to make Cocoa:
6 large spoons cocoa
2 cups skim milk powder
8 cups water
6 large spoons white sugar
a shake of salt

1.  Measure cocoa, salt, sugar, and 1 cup of the water and put
    into a pan.  Stir.
2.  Put pan on stove, boil for 5 mins.  Stir.
3.  Mix skim milk powder with the 7 cups of water and add to pan.
4.  Heat until hot; stirring often.
