                    Doctored Instant Chocolate

I don't really know exactly 'home made' hot chocolate, but I have a decent
formula for doctored instant choclate.
Heat about one mug of milk, leaving room to stir in the chocolate. (Most
instant mixes tell you to use water, but milk actually tastes better.) Add a
dash of cinnamon and nutmeg, and a little bit of vanilla extract, and THEN
the cocoa mix. Stir well, serve with whipped cream if desired. If you have a
blender, that mixes the ingredients best.
