Here's a recipe that I got from my mother, and is great to make ahead of
time, and just pop in the oven.  It's great for meat addicts that like
cheese.

MEAT AND CHEESE LOAF
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 Egg
1 pound Hamburger
3/4 cup diced Velveeta Cheese
1/3 cup chopped Onions
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Paprika

Directions
Beat egg in large bowl.  Mix in remaining ingredients. Pack in loaf pan,
leaving about 1/2" room on top. Bake at 350§ for 1 hour.
