Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 small onion            2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup chopped mushroom     1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup. meat stock        1/2 cup. sour cream
1 tsp. chopped dil        salt and pepper
        or parsley

Cook the onion in the butter until tender. Add the
mushrooms and cook for about 10-12 mins.  Sprinkle
them with flour and mix.  Pour in the meat stock
and stir constantly until smooth and thick. Add
the cream and then cook the sauce for a few
minutes.  Mix in the dill or parsley.  Season
to taste.
Do Not cook after adding the dill or parsley.
