It really tastes good on krackers. It has a sweet pepper taste to it. Ingredients: 2 1/2 lbs pepers or 7 large ones (red) 2 C cider vinegar 2 tsp salt 2 tsp chili power 10 C sugar (5 lbs) 2/3 C lemon juice 1-6 oz bottle liquid pectin Wash & cut peppers, chop fine (about 4 cups), over high heat bring peppers, vinegar, salt and chili powder to boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat & add sugar ad lemon juice. Mix well and bring slowly back to boil, stir in pectin & boil hard for 1 min. Stir and skim off foam and place in bottles.
