I am Polish, and this recipe has ran thru my family for many years. 6-8 eggs Lots of flour..... till the dough is thick enough to roll out Pressed Farmers cheese (2) Cottage Cheese (2) Salt Mix flour and eggs together to make a sturdy dough... roll out dough on a large surface, make sure you throw flour down, so the dough doesn't stick. And throw it on the dough so it doesn't stick to the rolling pin. Using a medium sauce pan cover, use it as a "cookie cutter" to make a perfect circle, (You may want to make small ones) Mix the farmers cheese, and cottage cheese together. Put a good portion in the the circle, fold it in half, and press the sides together. Boiling in a Large Pan of water, til it floats to the top, When it floats, take it out and put it in a sink or bowl of ice cold water. Store in the refridgerator until ready to eat.... To eat.... Fry them in a frying pan with butter or margerine... these are fattening but WONDERFUL! (you may wish to fry it with butter and onions, or put onions inside) This is work... but well worth it.
