                          Potato Pancakes

Try shredding raw potatoes, throw in a few eggs, some flour, and a dab of
salt. Cook at 375 F in a 1/8 to 1/4 inch hot crisco. Basic recipe. Works for
me. That is a quickee German Potatoe Pancake recipe.
