Special K Roast

1 pound cottage cheese
4 egg whites, beaten
2 1/2 cups Kellogg's Special K
1 onion, chopped
1/4 chopped pecans
1 1/2 George Washington Broth
1/4 cup corn oil

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 8"x 8" balomg dish.  Bake at 325
degrees, for 45 mins. covered and 30 mins. uncovered.

Serves 7
