Here is my recipe from When I was a Poor Bachelor
1 Box Macaroni & Cheese (Generic)
1 Can Tuna Fish (or) 1 lb Ground Turkey
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (as is, don't dilute)
1 Can Peas
Cook Macaroni and Cheese according to Instructions. Drain. Add all other

ingredients and stir in.

This is a good, nutritious meal that cost about 2 dollars and can feed a family

of four or one bachelor.
