Pillsbury All Ready Pizza crust 1 (4-oz.) can sliced olives 6 fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/2 cup prepared mild salsa or picante sauce 8 ounces (2-cups) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, stir-fry chicken in oil for 5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Stir in chili powder, salt, and garlic powder. Add onions and green pepper; stir-fry an additional 1 minute or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12 inch pizza pan or 13x9" pan.  Unroll dough and place in greased pan; starting at center, press out with hands. Brush lightly with olive oil and bake at 350 deg. for 6 to 8 min. or until very light golden brown. Spoon chicken mixture over partially baked crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Spread sliced olives and sliced mushrooms over cheese. Spoon salsa over all. Bake an additional 14 to 18 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serves 3 to 4.
