                             FIRST LAYER
2  17 1/2 oz cans french green beans drained
2  12 oz cans corn drained.
1/2 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste

                             SECOND LAYER
1 can celery soup
8 oz sour cream
1 cup grated cheese
                             THIRD LAYER

1 Roll crushed ritz crackers.
1/2 cup melted margarine
1/3 cups grated nuts

Mix first layer ingredients and place in 13x9x2 inch casserole dish.
Mix 2nd layer of ingredients spread on top of first layer.
Combine 3rd layer of ingredients and sprinkle on top of second layer.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
Serves 10 to 12.
