2 cups sugar
1 cup margarine
2 cups buttermilk
3 cups flour
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp soda
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup boiling water

Mix sugar and margarine together till creamy.
Add eggs.
Mix well.
Add buttermilk, flour, soda, cocoa, vanilla and boiling water.
Mix well.
Pour into round pans or oblong pan.
Cook at 350 degrees until done.
Use a chocolate fudge icing on this.
