get out a can of tunafish,  preferabley the kind in whater {not oil}.  Put it


into a mixing bowl.  Next dice up a tomatoe.  Next open a can of sour crout.  

place all the above items in mixing bowl and sturr well.  Add parcley and 

season to taste.  You now have a delicious cost effective salad.  I shall look 

for your comments.  I eat this dish all the time.
