            London Broil Roast Crock Pot Recipe

I buy one of those really good London Broil roasts, salt,pepper,garlic to taste

brown in about 2 tablespoons of olive oil then (my crock pot is removable and I

can use it to brown the meat in) put about half a bottle of your favorite BBQ

sauce in it. Cover and let it cook. The meat shreds up and makes the best

sandwiches! My family loves it!
