Mix cake by hand Pour into prepared pan. Bake 35 min. Spread marshmallow creme on top and return to oven 5 min or until creme is bubbly. Remove from oven and cool. Frost cooled cake. ICING 2 stick margarine melted 1 tsp vanilla 1 pound carton powdered sugar 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1/2 cup cocoa] 1 cup chopped nuts Combine margarine, vanilla, sugar, milk and cocoa and let sit about 30 min. Beat until smooth. Stir in nuts and frost cake.
