1/2 lb thin ham slices
1 garlic clove chopped
1 med chopped onion
1 lb can pork and beans
1 15oz can kidney beans drained
1 1lb lima beans
1 tbls brown sugar
1 tsp mustard
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
3 tbls vinegar
to taste salt and pepper

Trim fat from ham.
Cut ham into small pencil thin strips, brown in hot skillet
Add garlic and onion and cook a few minutes.
Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into a 2 quart casserole.
Top with a few onion rings if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 50 min.
