I lb ground beef
I can tomatoe sauce or 2 if you want
Brown ground beef.
drain fat.  Put in crockpot.
Add rice add water to cook rice.
Cook on high.
Add tomato sauce.
cook for several hours.
Season with chili powder,salt, and pepper.
