1 cup uncooked instant rice
2 cans 16oz hot chili beans undrained
1 pkg 16oz frozen cut broccoli
6 slices bacon crisply cooked and crumbled
8 oz Mexican style velveeta cubed

Mix all ingredients except cheese in ungreased 3 quart casserole;
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and bake in 350 degrees oven until rice and broccoli are tender about
1 hour.
