4 beef cube steaks
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Italian seasonings
1 small carrot scraped
1 cup beef broth
1 small chopped onion
1 med size green pepper
vegetable spray
1 tsp hot sauce

1 tsp paprika Sprinkle steaks with and pepper and italian seasonings.


Cut carrot and green pepper into 3x1/4 inch strips
Arrange an even number of vegetable strips in center of each steak.
Roll up steaks, tie with string or fasten with wooden picks.
Combine broth, paprika and hot sauce; and pour over steak rolls.
Add onions to skillet
Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour or until steak is tender.
