1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 med chopped onion
3 tbls margarine
2 pkgs broccoli
3 cups cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can evaporated milk
1 cup grated cheese

Saute peppers and onions in butter.
Cook broccoli until tender.
Mix together.
Add other ingredients.
Put in greased dish and heat at 350 degrees about 30 min.
