Universal recipe for a crock pot....

throw in meat...your choice
add water.....about yeah much...
throw in spices,...pepper, garlic, whatever..
add vegtables....carrots, peppers, onions, broccoli, potatoes, whatever...
set to med/low heat....
leave for the rest of the day....
come home and eat....

this really works...
