How about an easy recipe for rice and Bacon.

                  1 cup rice (follow directions on box)
                  2 Tablespoons soy sauce
                  4 strips bacon (cut into 1" pieces)
                1/4 white onion (chopped)
                  2 eggs (break in bowl and whip)

Prepare rice and set aside.  Fry bacon in pan until just about done and add
onion.  Continue until bacon and onion are done.  Soak up extra grease with
paper towel or drain away.  Put the two whipped eggs in pan and stir until
eggs are done.  Stir the rice into the mixture.  Add the soy sauce and heat
all together.

It tastes great.
