It will be gentle and add a touch of color if you happen to be a natural blonde. Just plant some chamomile seeds, one package will cost about 99 cents and it will produce thouands of plants and they will also spread. Pick the flowers when they are ripe (they smell like apples [well that's sorta like cooking, ain't it]) and brew them like iced tea.
