2 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups bread crumbs
2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
dash worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingrredients and put in loaf pan.
                       SAUCE

1 CUP catsup
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbls worcestershire sauce

Pour over meat loaf and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
