I found the recipe at last! Sausage Rolls Season one pound of sausage (Jimmy Dean's mild pork) with seasoning salt, pepper, and two tablespoons of minced onion. (Optional.) Roll the meat into 2 1/2" length rolls in a little flour to keep them from sticking. Roll out pastry (Pepperide Farms puff pastry) and cut into squares. Put the meat onto the pastry and roll over once. Seal with water and cut off the extra pastry. Make a cut in the top to let out the steam. Brush with beaten egg and bake 22-25 minutes in a 400-425F oven. NOTE: You may be able to find pre-rolled puff pastry, which cuts out a lot of extra work.
