1 16oz pkg frozen chopped brocolli
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 small chopped onion
1/2 tsp hot sauce
12 round buttery crushed crackers

Cook and drain brocoli
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine condensed soup, egg, mayonnaise, onion and hot sauce in a medium
mixing bowl.
Place a small amount of mixture in a 1 1/2 qt casserole
Add well drained broccoli and pour remaining sauce on top.
top with crushed crackers.
Bake 30 min or until bubbly.
