I have been using Campbell's Tomatoe soup for a chicken recipe which is
roughly italian in nature and yesterday I tried the new tomatoe/basil soup
and found it completely unsatisfying.....My normal recipe uses a lot of basil
and is quite good....I pan fry chicken wings, then add the tomatoe soup,
garlic, lots of basil and onion powder....simmer for a while then add
unsalted crackers to thicken the sauce just before serving over
rice....rather good and tasty dish....worked rather well with the in-laws....
