1 cup pancake mix
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup corn drained
4 to 8 thin slice ham
to taste ham

Heat griddle to 375 degrees, grease lightly with oil.
In medium bowl, combine pancake mix, water and corn.
Stir just until large lumps of pancake mix disappear.
For each pancake pour scant 1/4 cup onto hot griddle.
Cook 1 1/2 min turning when edges look cooked and bubbles begin to break on

surface.
Continue to cook 1 1/2 min or until golden brown.
Heat ham slices on same griddle.
To serve place 1 pancake on each plate; top each with 1 to 2 warm ham slices on

and second pancake.
Pour warm syrup over pancakes.
