Mix equal amounts of sour cream & 15% cream (heavy cream) in a glass bowl  or a stainless steel bowl. Refrigerate for about 3 hours...stir & serve as a  topping on fresh fruit or in any receipe calling for creme fraiche. Regards, Zogan
