 This is for all the cheeseburger lovers out there!

1 1/2 cups milk
1 pound ground beef (I prefer ground chuck it has less water in it)
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or other cheeses you like
1 1/2 cups bisquik mix
3 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees
Lightly grease a 10 inch pie plate
Brown ground beef and onion-then drain
Add salt and pepper to taste
Spread in pie plate
Sprinkle with cheese

Blend milk, bisquik and eggs Well
Pour over everything in the pie plate

Bake about 30 mins. or until a knife comes out clean
Garnish with tomatoes and parsley if desired
